This sermon was preached sometime in 2007 at Champaign, Il, where I regularly preached Sunday evenings. I rerecorded the introduction and the reading of scripture and then went to the taped sermon. There is some interference at the beginning of the sermon but it does not last long. This sermon highlights the fact that God has given us everything we need, EVERYTHING, to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil; through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in believers we are more powerful than all the spiritual forces arrayed against us. Also, no matter how mature we become in the faith, there is always room for growth, even among the entirely sanctified. I wish I was more precise in my description of sanctification here. The tape ran out before the sermon was completed.
